I\u00a0hold a Masters degree in social work from Boston College, and am a licensed social worker with a New Jersey school social worker certification. My\u00a0many years of experience working with kids include teaching yoga and mindfulness in NYC schools, teaching at a child enrichment program, as well as a clinician at a residential program, a clinician at a therapeutic alternative day school, a counselor at a public school, and as a summer camp counselor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\">I love the physical, mental, and emotional benefits one can gain from practicing yoga, and I&#8217;m so excited that I get to\u00a0share these benefits with children through teaching. My kid\u2019s yoga classes are a blend of fun, playful movement, cooperative yoga games, creative art, breathing practices, calming relaxation, and engaging group discussion.
